Ludik Terms and conditions:

1.       Payment terms: no payment terms are available until a minimum of $2 000 of orders have been paid. Terms of 30 days can be allowed subsequently upon completion of the credit application and conditions form and approval by Ludik.

2.       Available method of payment: Cheques, Visa and Mastercard.

3.       Handling and delivery fees: Fees are 7.5% of the order before applicable taxes. Free delivery on all orders of at least $ 500 before applicable taxes (certain regions are excluded).

4.       Minimum order : $ 150.

5.       Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. Please consult the Ludik web site for up to date prices ( www.ludikcandy.com )

6.       Marie and Franky display: The display remains the sole property of Ludik and is on loan exclusively for the presentation of Marie and Franky products. Its usage is only permitted during the duration of the agreement between the customer and Ludik. The customer remains responsible for the value of the display and merchandise in case of loss or theft. Freight and transport costs for the display are payable by the customer.

7.       Returns: Any possible return concerning damaged or defective products must be signalled to Ludik no later than 7 days following the reception of the merchandise. A written return authorisation must be given by Ludik at all times. Products must be in their original packaging. Products must be un tagged and un marked by the customer. Freight and transportation for returns will be at the customer’s expense. If authorised, a credit will be issued on the following invoice to the customer.

8.       Back orders: Ludik will try to communicate any possible back orders as soon as possible. In the case of a back order, the customer can adjust his order. Items back ordered will not be accumulated and need to be replaced.

9.       Ordering: Ordering can be done by email, fax, or by phone. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for the processing of orders.
