SHIPPING

All orders are shipped by our carrier Nationex or by a carrier on pallets for large orders. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing to avoid any inconvenience during peak periods. If a product is not available, our sales department will contact the customer directly. If we have no indication from the customer within 24 hours after the call, we will ship the order as is. An order cannot remain stored for more than 48 hours due to missing information or a pending payment. After this period, we will return the products in inventory for resale. If a customer wishes to get his order rapidly, he must contact our sales department to see the possibilities. A $15 fee will be applied for express processing.
